This means that all CASES, PALLETS, CRATES, DRUMS DUNNAGE etc. must be marked with relevent treatment details and regestered manufacturers numbers, and be accompanied with authorising certificate issued by the Forestry Commision.
Treatment must comply with the Chinese phytosanitary measures, which are;
- Heat treatment (to a minimum core temporature of 56 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes).
- Fumigation treatment
(with methyl bromide).
Marlow Group Ltd have been assessed and regestered to the UK Wood Packaging & Material Marking Programme and are authorised to manufacture items from suitable timber with the mark and provide all details for certification.
